EduGPT by CivAI has been nominated for the Computable Awards 2026 in the “Education Project” category.
Lovely news to share.
EduGPT from CivAI has been nominated for the Computable Awards 2026 in the category “Education Project”.
We are proud of this! Especially because this nomination touches on something we work on every day: AI that enhances learning, supports teachers and lecturers, and helps schools to work safely and responsibly with AI.
With EduGPT we are developing human-centred AI companions for learning, feedback, reflection, and AI literacy. The teacher and lecturer remain in control, pupils and students are encouraged to keep thinking for themselves, and schools, institutes, and knowledge organisations work within a safe European environment with attention to privacy, data sovereignty, and didactic quality, without influence from Big Tech.
For us, this is exactly the direction in which AI in education should develop. Practically usable, pedagogically and didactically well thought-out, and built on trust.
Do you work in or around education and do you consider this an important development?
Then we would greatly appreciate it if you vote for EduGPT for the Computable Awards 2026.

Thanks to everyone who helps build, thinks along, tests, trains, gives feedback, and advances the conversation about responsible AI in education. Over the past year, everyone has worked incredibly hard.
Together we are making AI in education safer, more human, and more meaningful. 🙏🏼
