About Hortense Koster

As a researcher and facilitator in education and business, Hortense adopts a people-centred and system-aware approach, helping teams to develop initiatives that are not only scalable but also impactful for teams. She works in the early stages of innovation processes, from exploration and problem reframing to strategic narratives and co-creation with users and stakeholders.

Her areas of expertise include service and system design and behavioural change models, knowledge which she applies to connect AI to education and learning in a purposeful and responsible manner.
