Marjolein Vegter joins the CivAI team

The CivAI team is growing. Marjolein Vegter is joining as an education specialist with a focus on customer success. She concentrates on the person behind every question.

Marjolein comes from the education sector. As a teacher, she explored, through a master’s in Special Educational Needs, how education can truly meet what a pupil needs. A specialisation in Class Power sharpened her perspective on group dynamics, behaviour, and the power of connection.

She also worked as a practice manager in a dental surgery. There, she learned what it means to take responsibility for an organisation where people, processes, customers, and quality constantly come together.

This combination fits perfectly with what CivAI stands for. Technology only becomes truly valuable when people can and want to work with it. Especially in an era of AI, a good solution therefore does not start with technology, but with listening carefully, probing further, and understanding what an organisation needs.

Marjolein translates complex issues into solutions that are understandable, applicable, and workable. In doing so, she helps organisations in education, government, and healthcare to implement AI in a responsible and European manner.
