Meeting Companion, from meeting to report with action list, processed within Europe
Writing up a meeting often takes an hour or more. Organising notes, spelling names correctly, finding agreements, and creating a tidy action list. With Meeting Companion, you can do all this in just a few minutes, and the report remains yours.
In a short video, Pascal demonstrates how it works, from recording to Word document.
You can also watch the Short directly on YouTube and feel free to share it with colleagues.
This is how it works
You simply open Meeting Companion in your browser. You upload a recording, record the meeting directly, or paste an existing transcript, for example from Teams.
Next, you select your department and the type of meeting. If you enter the participants, Meeting Companion will better recognise the speakers and all names will be correct in the report.
After a few minutes, you will have a transcript with speakers. If something is incorrect, you can adjust it immediately. With a single click, you then create the draft report, according to your own template.
An action list you can work with
The report contains the opening, the discussion by topic, the decisions, and an action list specifying who does what and when. We extract this action list in a separate control step from the conversation, so that no agreement falls through the cracks.
You then export the report to Word. The document clearly states that AI contributed, with a watermark and a footer. This way, everyone knows how the report was produced.
Secure, within Europe
Transcription and reporting run on servers within Europe.
Nothing is stored. No recordings, no transcripts, no reports.
No American cloud, and your conversations do not train any AI model.
Youth care region JeugdFV is already working with its own Meeting Companion, and a pilot is also running in the library sector with custom templates for each department.
You decide
Meeting Companion creates a draft. You review it and you decide what stays in. That is exactly how we view AI. The intention lies with the human, the AI organises and formulates, and the responsibility for the final judgement remains with you and your team.
Try it yourself
There is now a demo environment with a fictional sample meeting. This way, you can see a complete report with action list in just a few minutes, without needing your own recording. Email pascal@civai.eu or get in touch via civai.eu, and you will receive a demo account.
Meeting Companion is bespoke. We set it up with your own departments, templates, and technical terms, so the report immediately fits the way you already work.
